Upload a CSV or Excel file, match your columns, pick a pipeline stage, and every contact lands in Bonzo — no copy-paste, no Zapier, no mess.
Pay for a 24-hour pass when you need to import — from $7.50 for 1,000 leads. Free 100-lead trial, no card required. Bring your own Bonzo API key.
Drag in a file, we auto-detect your columns (name, phone, email, address…), you confirm, and we create every contact directly in the stage you choose. Duplicates are caught automatically.
Always export the same lead-list format? Save the mapping once and reuse it on every import — one click instead of re-matching columns.
Point PipeDrop at a Google Sheet or CSV link and it imports new rows on a schedule. Set it once and forget it.
Pull the contacts in any pipeline stage back out to a clean CSV whenever you need them.
Invite your team, connect Bonzo once for the whole organization, and everyone imports under the same account.
You connect your own Bonzo API key — it's encrypted at rest and never shared. Import history is yours alone.
Paste your Bonzo API key once for your organization.
Drop a CSV or Excel file and confirm the column matches.
Choose the pipeline stage — every contact lands there.
If your leads live in a spreadsheet and you want them in Bonzo without hand-keying every row, PipeDrop is for you.
Drop trigger leads, credit lists, past-client exports, or a referral partner's spreadsheet straight into the right pipeline stage. Match on the last 10 digits of the phone so the same borrower never gets created twice, and move existing contacts forward instead of duplicating them.
Buyer and seller lists, open-house sign-ins, and farm-area exports go into Bonzo in one upload. Save a template for the format your title company or list source always sends, so every new batch is a single click.
Bought or scraped a lead list? Run the net-new finder first to strip out anyone already in your Bonzo account, then import only the fresh contacts into a cold-outreach stage — so reps work new names, not re-runs.
The import is the start. PipeDrop also keeps your pipeline clean, current, and easy to get data back out of.
Before you import, PipeDrop scans your existing Bonzo contacts — across specific pipelines, everyone, or a chosen set of assignees — and builds a phone and email index. It compares your uploaded file against that index, then lets you download just the net-new rows as a CSV, or import only those. No more re-adding people who are already in your account.
Point PipeDrop at a published Google Sheet (CSV) or any public CSV URL and it imports new rows on a cadence you set — hourly, daily, or weekly. Every run is deduped against a ledger, so a row that's already been imported is never re-imported. Set it once and your pipeline fills itself.
When a list source always sends the same column layout, save that mapping as a template. The next time you upload a file in that format, apply the template and skip straight to choosing a stage — no re-matching first name, phone, email, and address every single time.
Need the contacts in a pipeline stage somewhere else — a dialer, a spreadsheet, a report? Export any stage back out to a clean CSV in a couple of clicks. And every import is logged in History with who, when, the file, and the counts, so you can re-run just the rows that failed.
PipeDrop connects to Bonzo with your own API key and uses it only to read your pipelines and create or move the contacts you import. Nothing about your data is sold or used for advertising.

A few of the things people ask most. There's a lot more in the full FAQ and docs.
Yes. PipeDrop imports into your Bonzo CRM, so you bring your own Bonzo account. To connect it, log in to Bonzo, open Settings → API, generate an API key, and paste it into PipeDrop under Settings → Bonzo (or during onboarding). Your key is encrypted at rest and only used to read your pipelines and create or move contacts.
No subscription. You buy a one-time 24-hour access pass only when you need to import — from $7.50 for 1,000 leads up to $100 for 50,000 (a "lead" is a contact you import). Each org gets a free 100-lead trial, no card required. Passes stack: remaining leads add up and are used oldest-first. Viewing and configuring is always free — a pass unlocks the import, dedupe, export, and scheduling tools.
PipeDrop matches contacts on the last 10 digits of the phone number. When a row already exists in your Bonzo account, you choose what happens: skip it, or move it to the stage you picked. Want to avoid touching existing contacts entirely? Run the net-new finder first and import only the people you don't already have.
CSV, .xlsx, and .xls — one contact per row with a header row. PipeDrop auto-detects common columns (first name, last name, phone, email, street, city, state, ZIP, birthday) plus up to five custom fields, and you confirm the mapping before anything is created.
Start with a free 100-lead trial — no card required. Connect your Bonzo key and run your first import in minutes.
