Pricing FAQ

The short answers. See the full FAQ for everything else.

Is this a subscription?

No. PipeDrop is sold as one-time, 24-hour access passes — you pay only when you have leads to import. There's nothing recurring to cancel, and your card is never stored in-app (checkout is hosted by Stripe).

Do passes expire or stack?

A pass grants 24 hours of access from activation, up to its lead cap. The lead allowance stacks: buy more than one and the remaining leads add together. When you import, leads are drawn from your oldest pass first.

What counts as a lead?

A lead is a contact you import — one row of your spreadsheet, one contact created or moved in Bonzo. Previewing your file, mapping columns, scanning for net-new contacts, and exporting don't consume leads; only the import does.

Is there a free option?

Yes — a free 100-lead trial, once per organization, no card required. Viewing and configuring PipeDrop (connecting Bonzo, mapping columns, building templates) is always free; a pass only unlocks the import, dedupe, export, and scheduling tools.
