Terms of Service

Last updated: June 18, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of PipeDrop ("PipeDrop", "we", "us", or "our"), a service that imports contacts from spreadsheets you upload into your Bonzo CRM pipeline. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use PipeDrop.

1. Acceptance of these terms

By signing up for, accessing, or using PipeDrop, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you use PipeDrop on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Description of the service

PipeDrop lets you upload CSV or Excel files, map their columns to contact fields, and create those contacts in a Bonzo pipeline stage you choose. Depending on your access, the service may also offer saved mapping templates, scheduled imports, and exporting contacts from a pipeline stage back to CSV. We may add, change, or remove features over time.

3. Accounts and your responsibilities

You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account and for the actions of anyone you invite to your organization. Notify us promptly at info@ethanwood.org if you believe your account has been compromised. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use PipeDrop.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • upload or import contact data you do not have a lawful right and the necessary consent to process and to send to Bonzo;
  • use PipeDrop to send unsolicited messages or to violate any anti-spam, telemarketing, privacy, or data-protection law (for example TCPA, CAN-SPAM, GDPR, or CCPA);
  • attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service, other accounts, or our infrastructure;
  • reverse engineer, disrupt, overload, or interfere with the service or its security;
  • resell or provide the service to third parties except as expressly permitted in writing by us.

5. Your Bonzo data and credentials

To use PipeDrop you connect your own Bonzo account by providing a Bonzo API key. You are responsible for that key and for the contact data you upload and import. We store your Bonzo API key encrypted at rest and use it only to perform the imports and exports you request. You confirm that you have all rights and consents required to upload contact information and to transmit it to Bonzo through PipeDrop. PipeDrop is not affiliated with or endorsed by Bonzo, and your use of Bonzo remains subject to Bonzo's own terms.

6. Access passes & billing

PipeDrop sells one-time, 24-hour access passes — there are no subscriptions, monthly plans, or recurring charges. A pass grants access for 24 hours from activation, up to its lead cap. We offer a free trial pass (up to 100 leads, available once per organization) and paid passes: $50 for up to 5,000 leads, $100 for up to 15,000 leads, $200 for up to 50,000 leads, and $300 for up to 100,000 leads.

One-time charges. Each paid pass is a single, one-time charge processed through our payment processor, Stripe. By purchasing a pass you authorize that one-time charge to your payment method. A pass does not auto-renew, and there is no recurring billing or subscription to cancel. When a pass expires or its lead cap is reached, you simply purchase another pass if you want continued access. Refunds. Because access begins immediately, one-time charges are generally non-refundable once a pass is activated, except where required by law. We may change our pass prices or lead caps on prospective notice; changes apply to passes purchased after the change takes effect.

7. Disclaimers

PipeDrop is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that imports will be free of mistakes. You are responsible for reviewing your data before and after import.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PipeDrop and its suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid us for the service in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.

9. Termination

You may stop using PipeDrop and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or to protect the service or other users. Upon termination, your right to use the service ends and we may delete your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Your continued use of PipeDrop after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the State of California, United States.
